Tell us about your family?
My name is Hannah Montgomery and I am married to Blake Montgomery. We have been married for almost five years and we have two children together. Andrew, who just turned 3, and Ellie who will turn 2 this month! My husband is an attorney in Hope, Arkansas, which is where we live, and I am living my dream as a stay at home mom!
Why is FIT4MOM important to you?
FIT4MOM is important to me because of the endless benefits it blesses our family with. My mind is clearer and my body always feels better after a workout! The workouts are the perfect amount of challenging and completable and I also love that there is almost always a modified version if I don't have 100% to give, but still make it to class! Also, because I stay at home, we don't have many opportunities to socialize. We have absolutely LOVED the community and friends we have found in FIT4MOM. The age range of children is perfect, and no matter what age we mamas are, we are all in similar stages of life. It brings my heart so much joy to laugh. "yap!", and move my body with some of the most genuine women I have ever met.
What do you remember about your first FIT4MOM class?
I was so nervous to attend my first FIT4MOM class. I had looked into FIT4MOM multiple times, but I kept talking myself out of it, thinking that the workouts would be too hard or that there was no way my oldest would stay in the stroller for that amount of time. I kick myself all the time for not doing it sooner! FIT4MOM has done wonders for my mental health and my babies have made the sweetest little friends!
What was your childhood ambition?
My childhood ambition was to one day be a "sample lady"! (One of the sweet employees at your local grocery store that hand out free samples) The sample ladies at my Walmart knew me by name and I often pretended to serve samples at my house lol!
What are 3 of your favorite things?
Three of my favorite things are spending time with Jesus through studying His word or worshipping him in song, going on adventures with my toddlers, and EATING GOOD FOOD!
What is one of your 2024 goals for YOU this year?
My 2024 goal is to successfully, smoothly, and safely move into our new home in Texarkana following a big remodel! I pray we can find a new church home here and that my children will enjoy a new environment and new town.
What has being a mom taught you?
Being a mom has above all taught me the meaning of true love. I have never fully understood self sacrificial, unconditional, challenging love until I became a mother. And that has helped me grow in every area of my life!
Advice for first time moms?
My advice for first time moms is don't stress! Don't spend so much time worrying about things that don't matter in the grand scheme of things. Babies don't keep, and they grow up in the blink of an eye. I have found most things come naturally, both for mamas and babies. The good Lord designed it that way! Be accepting of advice and comments, but don't let them rule your life or the way you mother. :)
You have 4 hrs of FREE babysitting, what would you do with your time?
I think if I had four hours of free babysitting, I would sit by the pool with a good book and enjoy some peace and quiet!

My favorite spot to eat in Texarkana is Benchmark!
Favorite thing to do as a family?
Our favorite thing to do as a family is to have a movie night on our couch with popcorn and cookies!
What is a fun fact that many may not know about you?
A fun fact people may not know about me is _______ (hmmm I don't know I don't think I have a fun fact lol!) Maybe that I'm half hispanic?!?! My mom is Mexican and my dad is Caucasian so our children are actually one quarter Mexican!
If someone was thinking about attending a FIT4MOM class or joining, what would you tell them?
DO IT! It has been the best decision of 2024 for me! Mentally, physically, and emotionally! I drive 45 minutes to class and it's worth every second of getting up early and wrangling two toddlers into the car!
