From our FIT4MOM Texarkana family to yours, we want to thank each and every one of you for your outpouring of support this last year and a half as we took an idea and launched it into reality. Our goal was, and still is, to better our community and support TXK moms. Our team and experiences have grown but our hearts have been impacted the most!
There is so much to look forward to for the future of FIT4MOM Texarkana with more impact to be done. New ideas, growth, and further connection in our wonderful community. With the same great team, we are excited and proud to announce new ownership as we enter another chapter! We will be passing the torch to Sarah Carlow as we navigate life changes.
We can't thank you enough for standing by us, showing up (in-person or supporting on social media), and for supporting all TXK moms. We are wrapping up this chapter with gratitude and excitement for the passion and love Sarah will bring to this Village and community. We know you all are in the BEST of hands and we look forward to what is to come for the future of FIT4MOM Texarkana!

Meet Sarah Carlow:
Hi, I’m Sarah! I have been married to my husband, Triston, for almost 4 years and we have one daughter, Julia, who will be two in June (cue the tears). I have been a stay at home mom since she was born. Motherhood has been quite the journey for me. Postpartum ended up being one of the toughest experiences of my life. I had severe postpartum anxiety with a heavy sprinkle of depression. If you’ve been there, you know what a dark and lonely place it can be.
We rang in the 2023 New Year and my goal was to get out of my funk and find a hobby for Julia and myself. The local doula, Jaimee Hunter, was hosting a mommy coffee date so I loaded Julia in the car and went. It was there that I first met Joy & Audrey. They invited me to the Mom’s Night Out that was happening a week later. I remember being so nervous to go, but my husband encouraged me and told me I wouldn’t regret it. Boy, was he right (just this once)! After that night, I signed up for my first class and as they say, the rest is history.
As the proud new owner of FIT4MOM Texarkana, I am wholeheartedly committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers mothers to prioritize their well-being. Just as Joy and Audrey extended support to me during my darkest moments, I am determined to pay it forward by providing a supportive environment for moms to thrive and grow.
